het is nog niet zeker of Rihanna dit najaar al klaar zal zijn met haar nieuwe album. In een interview met NME vertelt Rhirhi over haar achtste studioalbum.
“To me it’s never done until it’s done,” aldus Rihanna in het magazine. “Until the final moment.” Fans wachten al een tijdje op het album. “No matter what I post online, within three comments there’s somebody saying, ‘Where is R8?'” Het lijkt erop dat Kanye West voor een gedeelte schuldig is aan de verlate release van het album. “His schedule and mine are totally opposite right now, but I think this month we’ll be back in the studio.”
Samen dropten ze eerder al de track ‘FourFiveSeconds’ met Paul McCartney. Daarnaast kennen we ‘American Oxygen’ en ‘Bitch Better Have My Money’ al, maar er zijn meer tracks die de moeite waard zijn. “I have so many songs I love—and they’re so different—that it’s hard to actually put them all on the same album.”
